Ownership & Origin
Petro-Exchange was originally envisioned by a trusted industry leader who recognized the need for a more transparent and secure way for buyers and sellers to connect within the petroleum and fuel industries.
That vision became the foundation for Petro-Exchange—a growing platform owned and operated by Luke and Dawn Towne, who have brought the concept to life and continue to build upon it.
Luke serves as President of Petro-Exchange and brings nearly two decades of experience in construction and project management, along with a strong background in information technology. His experience managing large-scale projects, systems, and operational workflows plays a key role in the structure and functionality of the platform.
Dawn serves as Vice President of Petro-Exchange and leads the platform’s daily operations, marketing, and user experience. With a background in marketing and client engagement, she focuses on building relationships within the industry and ensuring the platform delivers a practical and effective experience for both buyers and sellers.
Together, their combined experience brings both operational understanding and market insight into a platform designed specifically for this industry.
