Photos are captured using dedicated camera equipment to support clear, accurate presentation of items. -

Listings are drafted using information available during the visit, as well as additional information gathered after the visit when applicable. -
Entering placeholder pricing
Pricing fields may be populated as placeholders or left for seller entry. - Structuring listings for clarity and buyer understanding
Listings are drafted with as much information as is reasonably available. Some listings may require additional details, edits, or confirmation by the seller prior to publishing.
Our role is listing preparation and setup, not pricing, valuation, or verification.
Seller Review, Approval & Publishing
- All drafted listings are reviewed by the seller prior to being published
- The seller is responsible for verifying accuracy and completing or editing any missing information
- Listings are published by the seller to ensure full review and approval before going live

Pricing Responsibility
- All pricing decisions remain the responsibility of the seller

Engagement & Billing Structure
This service is offered as a custom on-site engagement.

- A per-day on-site service fee applies for time spent at the facility.
